The General Office of the People's Government of Hainan Province recently issued the “Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Service Industry in Hainan Province”, which proposes to use Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City as the core to lay out 16 types of professional service platforms, including genetic sequencing, molecular testing, and variety testing, to create a “one-stop” service system for R&D outsourcing, testing, and achievement transformation. Promote the industrialization process of technologies such as underwater robots, deep-sea sensors, and offshore operating platforms, and build a national marine equipment manufacturing innovation center. Build the Wenchang International Space City Science and Technology Innovation Public Platform, the International Star Arrow Collaborative R&D Center, and the International Satellite Advanced Manufacturing Center to support the application transformation of key technologies such as green propellants, rocket launch and recycling, and low-orbit communication satellite constellation integration, and improve the “launch+service+manufacturing+application” integrated commercial space industry system. Build Haikou's “Pharmaceutical Valley” biomedical contract R&D and contract production service platform, and establish a science and technology service system covering the entire chain of new drug research and development.
