The Zhitong Finance App learned that CGN Mining (01164) rose more than 6%. As of press release, it had risen 5.73% to HK$2.4, with a turnover of HK$24.323 million.

According to the news, on July 21, CGN Mining issued an announcement. Regarding international trade business, from January to June 2026, the natural uranium sales business of CGN International Uranium Products Sales Co., Ltd. (CGN International Sales Company), a subsidiary of the Group, adopted a two-sided locked trade method, and profits on the business side were stable.

The announcement stated that due to the weighted cost accounting method, the weighted average cost of book inventory during this period was higher than the sales contract price executed in the current period, and the Group expects CGN International Sales Company's gross profit during this period to be adversely affected. Regarding the self-production and underwriting business, in order to coordinate overall business resources and meet customer delivery needs, the execution of some of the Group's annual natural uranium underwriting contracts and delivery of goods will be delayed until the second half of the year. It is expected that this adjustment will not have a significant negative impact on the Group's annual business plan, and the overall operation of the Group's business segments will maintain steady operation.

The board of directors emphasized that there is no substantial change in the medium- to long-term development trend of the natural uranium industry, and short-term performance fluctuations will not affect the Group's medium- to long-term strategic development layout.
