The total market value of transferred positions was HK$278.614 million, accounting for 5.77%. The company's shareholders transferred 26.219 million shares to the Hong Kong and Shanghai HSBC Bank and 26.219 million shares from DBS Bank.

Earlier, Chuangsheng Group Pharmaceutical-B issued an announcement. On July 7, 2026, the Group (through Yi An Ji Shi, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a revised agreement with Eli Lilly. The original license agreement was amended. The Group was required to return the relevant assets to Eli Lilly, at a cash cost of US$4 million (return matters).
