The North Shaan-Anhui ±800 kV UHVDC transmission project and 168 key projects were completed and put into operation. The company started 24,285 kilometers of 110 kV and above AC lines and put into operation 26,802 kilometers of AC lines of 110 kV and above, laying a solid foundation for ensuring the safe and reliable supply of electricity and promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of energy. In the first half of the year, construction began on UHV projects such as Panxi, Zhejiang Ring Network, and Nanyang Power Plant Phase II. The 15 “Eight Gansu-Zhejiang, Mengxi-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Aba-Chengdu East, and Datong-Tianjin South” UHV projects progressed in an orderly manner. At present, the company has completed and put into operation 43 “22 transmission and 21 direct” UHV projects, with a transmission capacity of more than 380 million kilowatts across regions, forming an UHV AC backbone network in East China, North China, Central China and Southwest China, deeply integrating next-generation scheduling and control systems with power market trading platforms to provide physical channels and operational guarantees for medium- to long-term and spot transactions across provinces and regions.
