Spermosens' Board Calls SEK4.9 Million Under Capital Facility

09:07 AM EDT, 07/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Spermosens (SPERM.ST) said Tuesday its board has called the full amount available under its 4.9 million-krona capital facility announced on May 7. The capital will be contributed to the medical device products company through the issuance of units to investors in the capital facility. Each unit will consist of 1 Spermosens share, priced at a 15% discount to the volume-weighted average price over 10 days, and 1 three-year warrant, granting the right to subscribe for 1 new share at a subscription price of 0.025 krona. Spermosens said a 10-day measurement period will begin the trading day after the call to determine the shares' VWAP. One week later, the board will resolve on the directed issue of units to investors.
