Smart Digital Technology Group (01159) and a partner plan to jointly establish a subsidiary in Hong Kong to jointly build a low-orbit remote sensing satellite constellation

Zhitong Finance App News, Zhishu Technology Group (01159) announced that on July 21, 2026, the Group signed a cooperation agreement with a partner to jointly establish a subsidiary in Hong Kong to jointly build a constellation of low-orbit remote sensing satellites, and the Group will hold no less than 51% of the subsidiary's shares. The scope of cooperation includes overall planning and design of satellite constellations, R&D and manufacturing of low-orbit remote sensing satellite systems, satellite artificial intelligence payload development, satellite ground receiving station construction, operation and maintenance and data reception, equity investment in aerospace science and technology industry projects, deep processing of satellite remote sensing data and industry application services, aerospace technology consulting, international trade in cross-border space equipment, and global space project investment and financing cooperation.

The Board of Directors believes that carrying out the above business is in line with the Group's overall direction of expanding the scope of business and improving business sustainability. The company has been actively exploring new business opportunities and possibilities in order to bring higher returns to shareholders.
