PETALING JAYA: Geohan Corp Bhd has secured a contract worth RM40.9mil from China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd for construction works pertaining to a mixed development in Kuala Lumpur.

In a statement, the foundation and geotechnical specialist said the scope of work mainly encompasses bored pile works, reinforced concrete works and basement wall works for a prestigious mixed development at Persiaran KLCC in Kuala Lumpur, which comprises two 65-storey serviced apartment towers with a total of 850 units.

“The works are slated for completion by early June 2027.”

Geohan said the latest win follows a recent award of the RM28mil Xintiandi development project at Genting Permai, where construction commenced in May 2026.

“These dual successes maintained Geohan’s order book at a comfortable level of approximately RM420mil, spanning across a diversified portfolio of residential, mixed development and infrastructure projects in Peninsular Malaysia.

“These progressive billings are expected to contribute positively to the company’s earnings until financial year 2027.”
