Zenith Energy Raises GBP2 Million via Private Placement

05:49 AM EDT, 07/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Zenith Energy (ZEN.L, ZENA.OL) raised 2.1 million pounds sterling through a private placement with institutional investors in Norway. The energy company issued 50 million new common shares to the existing investors at 0.55 Norwegian kroner apiece, along with the same number of two-year warrants with an exercise price of 0.675 kroner, according to a Tuesday release. Zenith plans to use the proceeds to finance a new biogas project, help fund legal expenses for international arbitration proceedings initiated by its subsidiaries, further develop its solar energy portfolio and for general working capital purposes.
