Zentra Group's UK Residential Project Principal Contractor Files for Administration

05:39 AM EDT, 07/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Zentra Group (ZNT.AQ) said Tuesday it expects a short-term disruption to the completion of its partially owned One Victoria project in Manchester, UK, after the project's principal contractor filed a notice of intention to appoint administrators on Monday. The British residential developer's investment in the project developer, Zentra Great Ducie Street, comprises a 30% equity interest and a 4.1 million-pound-stering loan. Zentra Group noted that Zentra Great is in discussions with a lender to secure development financing, and is working to hire a replacement contractor and key project subcontractors. With only eight weeks of the construction work left at the project, Zentra Group considers the risk to overall project delivery to be limited. It now expects the project to be completed in the fourth quarter.
