Tianfu Energy announced that in order to integrate business resources, the wholly-owned subsidiary Kenswat will absorb and merge the wholly-owned subsidiary Manas Water Resources. After completion, Manas Water Resources's legal entity was cancelled, and all of its assets and liabilities were borne by Kenswat. Kenswat's revenue from January to March 2026 was 1,144,600 yuan, with a net profit loss of 8.5796 million yuan; Manas Water Resources had revenue of 530,300 yuan and a net profit loss of 4.804 million yuan during the same period. This merger does not constitute a major asset restructuring, does not require review by a shareholders' meeting, and has no real adverse impact on the company.
