Technology Minerals Launches Retail Offering of New Shares

The offer will run until Thursday, with the result expected by Friday. Completion is subject to the admission of the shares on the London Stock Exchange, which is expected by July 29. The retail offer followed the company's share placement to raise 2 million pounds.
