Siam Commercial Bank will provide a total of over 68 billion baht in financing to the Thai National Petroleum Group for energy infrastructure projects. According to a joint announcement by the two parties on Tuesday, the financing plan includes a long-term loan of 17.4 billion baht to PTT's subsidiary Tank Infra to support the implementation of the Group's asset monetization strategy. At the same time, Siam Commercial Bank will also provide 51 billion baht of short-term financing. Affected by the geographical conflict in the Middle East and sharp fluctuations in international crude oil prices, this funding will help the Thai National Petroleum Group guarantee the country's energy security.
