According to the news, Beijing Capital Airport Co., Ltd. is making a profit. It is expected that for the six months ending June 30, 2026, the company will earn a net profit of about RMB 10 million to RMB 20 million, and a net loss of about RMB 164 million for the same period last year. It is expected to turn losses into profits mainly due to the increase in international aviation business volume driven by the recovery in aviation market demand during the period, as well as the company's continued strengthening of cost control and accounts receivable management to promote continuous improvement in business quality.

According to another report, since entering the summer season, passenger throughput at Capital Airport has increased by more than 5% year on year. Among them, international and regional passenger traffic has increased by more than 10% year on year. Currently, the Capital Airport route network covers 214 destinations in 57 countries around the world, including 87 international and regional destinations, which are connected to major global aviation hubs.
