According to the news, China Software International announced that the company and Dark Side of the Moon have officially signed a token sharing and joint innovation cooperation agreement for the “Moon Landing Program.” The two sides will jointly build the FDE Innovation Lab to lay out enterprise-level Agentic AI business. The Dark Side of the Moon has a trillion-parameter basic model, Kimi K2.7 code/K3. Chinasoft International provides enterprise scenarios and industry knowhow, and the first phase focuses on the energy and power industry. The two sides adopted a token sharing mechanism and promoted computing power cooperation.

According to public information, Dark Side of the Moon ARR surpassed 200 million US dollars in April 2026 and grew to 300 million US dollars in June. Revenue growth reached 50% in just two months. The new model, Kimi K3, surpasses competitors other than Claude Fable 5 and GPT-5.6 in terms of comprehensive capabilities.
