The company's shareholders transferred 117.98 million shares to Zhongda Securities Investment and 7.692 million shares from Futu Securities International Hong Kong.

Previously, Weixun Holdings announced annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group obtained revenue of RMB 567 million (same unit), an increase of 21.65% over the previous year; parent company owners should have accounted for a loss of 49.345 million yuan during the year, a year-on-year decrease of 22.35%; and a loss of 24.69 points per share.
