Litian Pictures (09958) transferred a total market value of HK$206.356 million, accounting for 29.06%, transferred 81.652 million shares from Futu Securities International Hong Kong

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Litian Pictures (09958) changed positions on July 20, with a total transfer market value of HK$206.356 million, accounting for 29.06%. The company's shareholders transferred 29 million shares to Zhuorui Securities Hong Kong and 81.652 million shares from Futu Securities International Hong Kong.

Earlier, Litian Pictures issued an announcement stating that all conditions contained in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on April 22, 2026. A total of 68 million placed shares (accounting for about 13.6% of the company's issued share capital after the issuance and expansion of the placed shares immediately after completion) have been successfully placed to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$0.156 per share in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement.
