The reporter learned from rolling meetings organized by the Ministry of Water Resources on the 20th that currently the Ministry of Water Resources maintains a level-IV emergency response for flood prevention in the three provinces of Guangxi, Hubei, and Hunan. The reporter learned that according to the 24-hour rainfall forecast, the Ministry of Water Resources issued a “one province, one order” targeted warning to 8 provinces including Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shandong, Hunan, Guangdong, and Guangxi, informing the list of counties covered by heavy rainfall, the list of reservoirs, flash flood risk areas and locations, and reminding them to do a good job of preventing reservoir safety, small and medium river floods, and flash floods.
