Pratt & Whitney Canada has been awarded a nine-year, $1 billion contract from V2X to overhaul more than 750 PT6A-68 engines that power the United States Joint Primary Aircraft Training System T-6 trainer fleet. Pratt & Whitney is an RTX company. The award was awarded in accordance with V2X's T-6 contractor operation and maintenance base supply contract, and highlights the long-term partnership between the two companies to provide continuous support for T-6 aircraft.
