Nine departments including the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on issuing “Certain Policies and Measures to Promote the High-Quality Development of the Domestic Service Industry”. Where domestic service enterprises implement grade management for domestic service workers and use this to differentiate prices, they must establish reasonable grade standards based on key information such as the employees' length of employment, work experience, skill rating certificates, and user evaluations, and clearly label prices to consumers. Domestic service enterprises clearly labeling prices and Internet platform companies providing price templates to operators within the platform must meet the requirements of the “Provisions on Clear Pricing and Prohibition of Price Fraud”.
