The scope of the first batch of pilot declarations includes urban areas, national economic and technological development zones, national high-tech industrial development zones, and development zones and industrial parks approved by the local authorities in accordance with regulations. Applicants are required to prepare green consumption pilot application materials and send them to the Ministry of Commerce before August 30, 2026. The pilot unit shall organize and implement it in an orderly manner according to the local pilot plan. The pilot construction period is two years. The Ministry of Commerce will organize expert reviews and determine the pilot list.
