FSM HOLDINGS (01721) continues to suspend trading after receiving guidance from the Stock Exchange to resume trading

According to the Zhitong Finance App, FSM HOLDINGS (01721) issued an announcement. On July 17, 2026, the Company received a letter from the Stock Exchange containing the following guidelines on resuming trading of the Company's shares (resumption guidelines):

(a) Publish all unpublished financial results as required by the listing rules and handle any non-standard audit opinions; (b) prove that the Company is fit to continue to go public despite sanctions imposed by the Foreign Assets Control Office; (c) prove that the Company has complied with section 13.24 of the Listing Rules; (d) inform the market of all material information so that the Company's shareholders and investors can assess the company's situation.

According to Section 6.01A (1) of the Listing Rules, the Stock Exchange may delist securities that have been suspended continuously for 18 months. As far as the Company is concerned, this 18-month period will expire on September 30, 2027. If the Company fails to remedy the issues that led to its suspension of trading, agree on the resumption guidelines and fully comply with the listing rules to the satisfaction of the Exchange and resume trading of its shares on or before September 30, 2027, the Stock Exchange Listing Division will recommend that the Stock Exchange Listing Committee proceed to cancel the company's listing status.

Furthermore, trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
