On July 17, CITIC Securities signed a framework cooperation agreement with Optics Valley Financial Holdings Group, a state-owned enterprise in Donghu High-tech Zone. After signing this agreement, the two sides will focus on Optics Valley's leading industries and the emerging circuit, standardize high-quality project selection, implementation, and investment empowerment, jointly build a capital market service system for the entire life cycle of the enterprise, and jointly carry out all types of capital market businesses such as domestic and foreign IPOs, equity refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, equity investment, and industrial fund establishment, etc., and promote the efficient integration of the three types of resources in science, innovation, industry, and finance to help Guanggu build a trillion industrial cluster.
