The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to media reports on July 18, Dark Side of the Moon has notified investors to adjust the company structure and prepare for an IPO in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong stock listing can be completed within 6 months as soon as possible.

This year, news has spread in the market that Dark Side of the Moon is interested in listing in Hong Kong. As early as March, market news indicated that Dark Side of the Moon had discussions with CICC and Goldman Sachs on listing cooperation matters. By May, market reports indicated that the dark side of the moon had begun to dismantle the “red chip structure” where overseas registered entities held domestic assets and business.

The Dark Side of the Moon released the Kimi K3 model this week, which natively supports visual understanding and has a context window of 1 million tokens; it is the first open source model to reach 2.8 trillion parameters. The full model weights will be released by July 27, 2026.

On July 17, the three major US stock indices declined across the board, and the NASDAQ and S&P 500 indices all fell by more than 1%.
