According to the Zhitong Finance App, Anton Oilfield Service (03337) issued an announcement. In the second quarter, the situation in the Middle East gradually eased, but regional conflicts and security risks still exist. Major energy transportation channels have gradually been restored, disruptions in the global supply chain have been marginally mitigated, and regional uncertainty remains high. OPEC+ continues to increase production in stages, and the market shows a pattern where phased supply easing and inventory restoration coexist. Oil prices tend to fluctuate around $70 per barrel after falling back from a high level in the game between supply and demand rebalancing and macroeconomic expectations. Production resumed in the Middle East, and demand for upstream oil and gas investment and services was strong.
In the second quarter, the Group focused on the dual main lines of “developing key markets and improving operational quality and efficiency”. On the one hand, we will accelerate the expansion of new global markets, such as the GCC markets, the North African market, and key markets such as Iraq, strengthen the exploration of long-term project opportunities, promote the transformation of key business opportunities, and actively lay out oil and gas development and large-scale integrated projects; on the other hand, we will continue to deepen Amoeba's management reforms, promote real-time and refined management of operating data, strengthen cost control and cost reduction and efficiency, improve turnover efficiency and cash flow quality, and continuously improve operational resilience and profitability.
In the second quarter, the Group added orders of RMB 3.109 billion, an increase of 3.2% over the same period last year. Among them, new orders from the Iraqi market were about RMB 632 million, down 65.1% from the same period last year; orders from other overseas markets were about RMB 1,552 million, up 441.0% from the same period last year; and orders from the Chinese market were about RMB 925.5 million, up 1.3% from the same period last year.
