Zhitong Finance App News, China Everbright Water (01857) announced that since July 17, 2026, Mr. Luan Zusheng has resigned as a non-executive director, chairman of the strategic committee, member of the nomination committee and authorized representative of the Stock Exchange; Mr. Xiong Jianping, the current executive director and president, acted as Chairman of the Strategy Committee; Ms. Ge Dan has been appointed as the financial director and the replacement of Mr. Xiong Jianping as the authorized representative of the Stock Exchange; Mr. Wang Yuexing will no longer replace Mr. Zusheng as the authorized representative of the Stock Exchange; Ms. Wei no longer serves as a replacement for Mr. Xiong Jianping An authorized representative of the Stock Exchange and reappointed as an authorized representative of the Stock Exchange; and Ms Chan Pui-ching has been appointed as the replacement of Ms Kwan Wing-wai as the authorized representative of the Stock Exchange.
