Zhitong Finance App News, Everbright Environment (00257) announced that from July 17, 2026, due to age, Mr. Luan Zusheng has resigned as Executive Director and President, Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee, member of the Risk Management Committee, and authorized representative; Mr. Wang Silian, the current executive director and chairman of the board of directors, acted as president and was appointed as the Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee and a member of the Risk Management Committee; and that Ms. Liang Yanyu will no longer serve as an authorized representative for Mr. Luan Zusheng.
