The total transaction amount will not exceed 5.36 billion US dollars. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors and still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting and approved by the relevant national authorities. The sources of funding are own funds, bank loans, etc., using installment payments, and the aircraft will be delivered in batches from 2028 to 2032.
