Sinotrans (00598) proposes to appoint Li Feng and Sun Jianfeng as directors

Mr. Yang resigned as a director of the Company due to work adjustments, effective July 17, 2026. As a result, Mr. Yang Guofeng will also no longer serve as a member of the Board's Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee.

On July 17, 2026, the board of directors approved the proposal to appoint Mr. Li Feng and Mr. Sun Jianfeng as directors of the Company. The proposed term of office starts on the date of approval by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting and ends on the date the fourth board of directors expires.
