On July 17, Hopson Innovation Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that for the six months ended June 30, 2026, the total contract sales amount of the Group and its joint ventures and associated companies was approximately RMB 3.426 billion; of this, property contract sales were approximately RMB 2,969 million; and renovation contract sales were approximately RMB 457 million. For the single month of June 2026, the total contract sales amount of the Group and its joint ventures and associated companies was approximately RMB 636 million, of which property contract sales were approximately RMB 601 million; and renovation contract sales were approximately RMB 35 million. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, the property contract sales area of the Group and its joint ventures and associated companies was approximately 167,839 square meters, and the average property contract sales price was approximately RMB 17,690 per square meter.
