From January to June 2026, the total sales volume of the Shenzhen TOP10 project exceeded 50 billion yuan, ranking first among the top ten hot cities, followed by Shanghai with about 45.6 billion yuan; Beijing, Hangzhou, and Guangzhou ranked third to fifth with about 32.2 billion yuan, 29.3 billion yuan, and 27.3 billion yuan respectively. The total sales of TOP10 real estate in the four first-tier cities exceeded 150 billion yuan. From January to June 2026, two “10 billion yuan markets” were born out of ten cities. They are about 14.27 billion yuan for Shenzhen Bay and 11.54 billion yuan for Binjiang in Shanghai. Overall, within the top ten hot cities in this survey, there are a total of 7 projects exceeding 5 billion yuan and 24 projects exceeding 3 billion yuan, including 5 in Shenzhen, 9 in Shanghai, 4 in Beijing, 4 in Hangzhou, and 2 in Guangzhou.
