Amundi Flags EUR300 Million Capital Gain from Indian JV's IPO

02:52 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amundi (AMUN.PA) expects a capital gain of 300 million euros from the initial public offering of its joint venture with the State Bank of India, SBI Funds Management. The French asset manager said Friday it will book the gain in its third-quarter books. Under the IPO, SBI Funds Management will sell 203,709,239 shares, reflecting 10% of its total share capital, at 574 Indian rupees per share. The offering includes the sale of Amundi's 3.7% stake and the dilution of State Bank of India's 6.3% holdings.
