The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Sany Heavy Industries (06031) changed positions on July 16, with a total transfer market value of HK$985 million, accounting for 7.28%. The company's shareholders transferred 51,715,600 shares to the Hong Kong and Shanghai HSBC Bank and 503.366 million shares from DBS.

In the first quarter of 2026, the group achieved operating income of 24.042 billion yuan, an increase of 14.22% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 2,481 billion yuan, an increase of 0.46% year on year; and basic earnings per share of 0.2711 yuan.
