According to Zhitong Finance App, Zhejiang Meida (002677.SZ) announced that on July 16, 2026, the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers Xia Zhisheng and Xia Ding signed a “Share Transfer Agreement” with Shenzhen Star Blueprint Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Shenzhen Star Blueprint”). Xia Zhisheng and Xia Ding plan to transfer 91,7393 million shares and 102 million shares of the company (accounting for 14.20% and 15.79% of the company's total share capital, respectively) to Shenzhen Star Blueprint through an agreed transfer. The transfer price is 6.656 yuan/share per share, and the total price is 1.29 billion yuan.

After the transfer was completed, Shenzhen Star Blueprint directly held 194 million shares of the company (29.99% of the company's total share capital). After this change in equity, Xia Zhisheng, Xia Ding, and Xia Lan held a total of 22.42% of the company's shares, while Shenzhen Star Blueprint held 29.99% of the company's shares. The controlling shareholders of the company will be changed from Xia Zhisheng, Xia Ding, and Xia Lan to Shenzhen Star Blueprint, and the actual controllers of the company will be changed from Xia Zhisheng, Xia Ding, Xia Lan, and Bao Yihong to Zhang Haizheng. Trading of the company's shares has resumed since the opening of the market on July 17, 2026.
