According to Zhitong Finance App, Wan Lida (08482.HK) announced that on July 16, 2026, the company plans to allocate and issue 44.922 million subscribed shares to the subscribers (Mr. Lu Keyi, CEO of the company, executive director and chairman of the board of directors), which is equivalent to about 25% of the company's current issued share capital at the date of this announcement; and about 20% of the company's issued share capital immediately after completion of the expansion of the allocation and issuance of subscription shares.
