(“Suzhou Crystal” or “holding subsidiary”) and the company's holding stock, Tokyo Oriental Technology Group Co., Ltd. (“BOE”) intend to sign a “Patent License Agreement”. BOE will grant Suzhou Crystal Core the right to implement MLED-related patents. The license period is 10 years. The total license fee is 52.92 million yuan, to be paid over 10 years as agreed in the agreement.
