Some directors (excluding independent directors) and senior management of the company plan to increase their holdings of the company through centralized bidding transactions in the secondary market within 6 months from the date of disclosure of the announcement. The proposed increase in holdings is not less than 1.5 million yuan/person, for a total of not less than 6 million yuan. The shareholders who increased their holdings were 4 people, including Huang Lihui, Shen Chengzhe, Zeng Zhaohao, and Zhou Liang.
