Huaqin Technology (03296): Acquired a total of 4.4097 million shares of Jingxing Integrated H shares

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huaqin Technology (03296) announced that on July 16, 2026, Huaqin Communications, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, acquired a total of 4.4097 million shares of Jinghe Integrated H shares (accounting for about 0.20% of the total issued share capital of Jinghe integrated at the date of this announcement) through an on-market transaction on the Stock Exchange on July 16, 2026, at a total cost of about HK$139 million (not including transaction costs), which is equivalent to an average price of about HK$31.55 per target share. After the completion of the acquisition and as of the date of this announcement, the Group held approximately 10.20% of the total issued share capital of Crystal Synthesis.
