In order to further promote the long-term development of the main business, expand the biopharmaceutical business layout, and enhance comprehensive competitiveness, the company plans to jointly invest with relevant parties such as Hengdian Co., Ltd., Dongyang Zhenyutai Enterprise Management Partnership (limited partnership) to establish “Zhejiang Ante Yutai Biotechnology Co., Ltd.” (“Ante Yutai” for short), with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Among them, the company plans to pledge an investment of 3.457,800 yuan, accounting for 34.578% of Ante Yutai's shares.
