Reploid Group to Form Alternative Protein JV with PreZero Stiftung

05:59 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Reploid Group (HRX5.VI) said Thursday it agreed to establish an alternative protein joint venture with waste management services provider PreZero Stiftung & Co. The Vienna-listed waste-treatment company will own 49% of the Circular Organics Reploid V+V joint venture, with its partner holding the majority 51%. To be based in Buchen, Germany, the venture will acquire from both partners live black soldier fly larvae, which will be processed into protein slabs. Circular Organics will also oversee the distribution of the processed organic residual materials.
