Fermi Raises $431 Million via Senior Notes Offering

05:07 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fermi (FRMI.L), d/b/a Fermi America, raised $431.3 million in gross proceeds through an upsized offering of 5% convertible senior notes due 2031, according to a Wednesday release published Thursday. The private grid company said it intends to use about $34.5 million of the net proceeds to fund capped call transactions, with the remainder earmarked for general corporate purposes.
