Sveafastigheter to Sell Swedish Residential Projects for SEK727 Million

02:12 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sveafastigheter (SVEAF.ST) agreed to sell its Gamla Landsvägen and Hedvig residential projects to Acer Bostad for 727 million kronor. Closing of the transaction is subject to requirements, such as meeting a certain occupancy level and the completion of both projects, which are both based in Stockholm, Sweden, according to a Thursday release. The company expects the Gamla Landsvägen transaction to be finalized in the third quarter of 2027, while the Hedvig deal is slated to close in the fourth quarter of 2028. Additionally, Sveafastigheter also entered into a deal to act as Acer Bostad's preferred supplier for property management services for the apartments of the Gamla Landsvägen, Hedvig and Solhusen properties.
