GSK Closes $10.6 Billion Purchase of Nuvalent

09:29 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GSK (GSK.L) said Wednesday it completed its acquisition of US-based oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company Nuvalent for $10.6 billion. The acquisition gives the British healthcare giant access to three lung cancer assets, including zidesamtinib and neladalkib, which are undergoing review in the US as potential treatments for variants of non-small cell lung cancer.
