The Bank recently received the “Notice Letter on the Completion of the Share Reduction Plan” issued by Haier Industrial Development. From July 8, 2026 to July 14, 2026, Haier Industrial Development reduced its holdings of the Bank's A-share shares through bulk transactions, accounting for 1.84% of the Bank's total shares. After this reduction in holdings, Haier Industrial Development held 425,506,841 shares of the Bank's total shares, accounting for 7.31% of the Bank's total shares. Haier Industrial Development and its co-actors held a total of 948,784,443 shares of the Bank, accounting for 16.30% of the Bank's total shares.
