The transfer registration was completed on July 15. After the transfer, the foundation held 0.56% of the company's shares. After this change in equity, the shareholding ratio of Jing Xiaojun and his co-actors fell from 29.13% to 28.56%, which did not lead to a change in the company's control or affect corporate governance and operation.
