German Court Rejects Nagarro's Suspension Request for BaFin's Finding of Errors in Annual Report

11:30 PM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nagarro (NA9.F) said Tuesday that the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main rejected its request to prevent Germany's Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, or Bafin, from publishing findings of errors on its financial statements for full-year 2022. The digital engineering company filed for suspension when it appealed the regulator's findings of material errors in its consolidated financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022, and related combined management report. Nagarro expects BaFin to publish the findings without delay in light of the court's rejection of its request, despite its ongoing appeal.
