2PointZero Unit Concludes $2.25 Billion Traverse Midstream Partners Purchase

11:30 PM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- 2PointZero Group's (ADX:2POINTZERO) ePointZero subsidiary completed the acquisition of US-based Traverse Midstream Partners for $2.25 billion. The all-cash deal marks the specialized energy infrastructure platform's entry into the US market, according to a Tuesday release. Traverse Midstream was a portfolio company of natural resources private equity firm The Energy & Minerals Group. ePointZero gains a 35% non-operated interest in the Rover Pipeline and a 25% stake in the Ohio River System midstream assets in the US through the deal. The assets are located in the Appalachian Basin.
