Black Sesame Intelligence (02533) completed the acquisition of Yizhi Electronics and the next AI strategy layout on the end

The Zhitong Finance App learned that on July 14, Black Sesame Intelligence (02533) announced the completion of the acquisition of Yizhi Electronics. The Group's complete end-side AI inference computing power matrix system was officially formed, and full-scenario inference computing power coverage was further enhanced. The strategic layout is expected to release the collaborative value of products and achieve an improvement in the business curve.

According to the three-year performance commitment signed by the two parties, Yizhi Electronics' 2026-2028 tax-inclusive revenue was not less than 300 million yuan, 400 million yuan, and 500 million yuan respectively, with a cumulative total of not less than 1.2 billion yuan over three years; net profit for the same period was not less than 5 million yuan, 35 million yuan, and 50 million yuan respectively, with a cumulative total of no less than 90 million yuan. According to current operating data, Yizhi Electronics' revenue in the first half of the year achieved rapid year-on-year growth. It has exceeded its net profit promise for the full year 2026. Gross margin and profit levels have improved markedly, and the business trend is expected to continue to improve in the second half of the year.

After the acquisition was completed, Black Sesame Intelligence officially formed a full gradient computing power matrix of 0.5T-1000T and above. The Huashan and Wudang series continue to be deeply involved in high computing power core tracks such as ADAS, Robotaxi, and robot brains. The three major product lines of Yizhi SV, SH, and SA will accurately fill the 0.5T-2T low-power computing power gap. The two sides will also jointly plan 2-10T mid-range high-reliability chips for emerging scenarios such as front-view all-in-one machines and sweeping robots. As a result, the Group can provide customers with one-stop computing power solutions from lightweight sensing to advanced autonomous driving and global central computing for humanoid robots, effectively solving the fault pain points of computing power products.
