AAC Clyde Space Completes Second Tranche of Directed Equity Issue to Bonnier Capital

The satellite technology and services company raised 49.7 million kronor by issuing 590,228 new shares at a subscription price of 84.13 kronor per share. Following the completion of the two-tranche equity issue, Bonnier Capital became AAC Clyde Space's largest shareholder, holding approximately 15.3% of the company's shares and votes.
