Anfu Technology announced that it plans to jointly invest 80 million yuan with Hangzhou Huashengmai Technology Co., Ltd. and its core management team to establish a joint venture, Anfu Huashengmai Semiconductor Equipment Co., Ltd., with an investment of 48 million yuan and 60% of the shares. The joint venture will focus on the autonomous construction of supporting components for functional components related to high-end semiconductor equipment, and gradually achieve autonomous, controllable and large-scale mass production of the entire chain of functional components related to semiconductor equipment.
