UK's Ofwat Gets GBP31 Million Redress Package from South East Water

The package was secured after the conclusion of three investigations into the water supply company. The probes were related to repeated supply disruptions, customer service failures and a recent credit rating downgrade by Moody's, according to a Tuesday filing. South East Water agreed to develop and deliver a performance improvement plan.
